 Demtaž Grup was founded in 1980 by Honorary President the Deceased Mr. Muhlis TEKŻN and his sons under the name of Geylanim Real Estate as a humble real estate company. At that time Geylanim Real Estate dealt with many land purchase-sell and broking activities and in a very short time it was able to become highly recognized company through its successful works.
Geylanim Real Estate, which grew very fast and reached to the peak of the sector on those days, was renamed as Demtaž Construction Tourism Corp. in 1993 and took the first step toward institutionalization. With its renewed structure, more professional staff and entrepreneur spirit, by starting to deal with medium and large scale land purchase-sale Demtaž has extended its activities.
In the following years, by increasing its areas of activities Demtaž has started a series of innovations, and in order to respond to the expectations by offering different solutions it entered into land development business.
In a short time by going out of common practices through real estate purchase-sale, real estate development and real estate consultancy services and shaping logic of real estate logic by combining them with its corporate structure it established R&D department.
With its constantly developing and renewed structure Demtaž has turned into a company which creates professional solution, determines the quality and develops behavior accordingly.
In 2000s it made investments in core sectors of the countrys economy like Construction, Automotive, and Petroleum, Health, Foreign trade and Infrastructure.
With its commercial vision broadening day by day, Demtaž Grup has made many investments and participated into partnerships in primarily Europe and Middle East and Central Asia Turkish Republics. Demtaž Grup, in addition to its investment partnerships, through its advance level investment consultancy service, by offering its real estate portfolio which provides high profits to the investors with the support of its expert staff to both domestic and foreign investors, it set the principle of creating higher profits than investors expectations. In parallel to this, Demtaž has been transformed into a reliable brand in Turkey.
Our other Grup companies which are under the structure of Demtaž Grup and carry out different sector activities, within the country and in the international arena with their strong capital structures and innovative service policies are growing steadily by improving themselves.
Demtaž Grup is still following honest, principal, innovative and patient work it has inherited from its Honorary President during the foundational days when circumstances were difficult and it is taking new steps toward achieving new successes.
