Demtaž Construction, which has been carrying out activities in Demtaž Grup construction sector for 20 years, beginning in 2005 started to carry out its activities with its renewed corporate structure under Tekin Construction. Tekin Construction which carry out its activities based on contract and flat for land, through innovative designs, advance technology and high production speed it uses in buildings it constructs, in a short time it was able to achieve a different position in the sector.
Tekin Construction as its first activity it completed Demtaž Grup plaza in 12 months. After that, without decreasing the level of its activities, our company started construction of residence project named as Sweet Home that includes 98 apartments in mraniye-erifali. In a short period like 18 months our company has completed and handed over this project to its customers and currently it is undertaking infrastructure activities to begin to its third large project.
