Land cost: If we think that on the average we have 3.000 m2 land and if we take the average of the regions what would you say about 80.000 YTL (as you get closer to the main centers the costs will increase)?
Building: Since we will use steel construction cost of 150 m2 building will be 150.000 YTL. Do not forget!!! Start to order furniture now.
I can hear that you also like to have a pool.
The pool can be build for 50.000 YTL.
Yes, in total by spending 230.000 YTL, you did not read wrong, yes only for two hundred thirty thousand New Turkish Liras you can have a palace designed according to your wishes.
